Heroes Season 3 unveiled
Martin Anderson
If you want to arrive at season 3 of the hit series unspoiled, move on. Otherwise check out some of the big changes that were unveiled yesterday...
According to Digital Spy, who attended a preview of Heroes season 3 under embargos that even Mongo couldn’t break, there are some big changes coming up in this Autumn’s much-anticipated third series of NBC’s hit show. These include news of ‘Level 5’, which seems to be a species of rehabilitation housing for ‘rapists, arsonists, killers’ and in general ‘the most dangerous criminals in the world’.
A new villain called ‘The Speedster’ also enters the series, whilst Linderman returns proclaiming that "The second coming is at hand!". Matt Parkman is apparently shown in the desert screaming for help, whilst Sylar is intimated to be ‘in league’ with Angela Petrelli. Nathan Petrelli seems to be playing out a death scene in a hospital, where doctors fail to revive him…
The Butterfly Effect, the first episode of season three, will air in the US on 22nd of September, shown in the UK the following week. Season three will be divided into two so-called ‘volumes’ totalling 25 episodes.
