Doctor Who: the 65 minute finale
Simon Brew
The final episode of Doctor Who series four has just got itself an extension...
There’s a lot to sort out in the last episode of Doctor Who’s fourth series next Saturday, and with that in mind, it’s been confirmed that Journey’s End is to have another 20 minutes added to the standard length. Thus, instead of the usual 45 minutes, next Saturday’s episode will run for 65 minutes, which makes it longer than the first two Christmas specials as well.
As a result, the broadcast time for the episode has been moved back to 6.40pm. Note to everyone we know: don’t even thinking about trying to get in touch with us between 6.40 and 7.45 on Saturday 5th, eh?
