Fear Itself season 1 episode 4: In Sickness & In Health
Ron Hogan
This is not your regularly scheduled Fear Itself review, for good reason.
As a matter of personal principles, I will not knowingly support certain individuals in any way, shape, or fashion because of crimes they have committed and been found guilty of. One of these individuals is Victor Salva, writer of In Sickness And In Health, Jeepers Creepers, Jeepers Creepers 2, and Powder, among other things. For the reason why please see his Wikipedia page, his IMDB profile, his NNDB profile, this Town Hall article, or the opening paragraph of this BBC interview.
As for Fear Itself, Lionsgate, NBC, and John Landis have the right to work with whomever they see fit. Victor Salva has a right to make a living. I have the right to protest his continued presence in Hollywood. Had the IMDB listed his writing credit in the profile for the episode, as it does for last week’s episode and next week’s episode, I could’ve avoided unknowingly compromising my principles.

Re: Fear Itself season 1 episode 4: In Sickness & In HealthFair enough - you're entitled to have these opions, but why bother posting anything at all? | |
Re: Fear Itself season 1 episode 4: In Sickness & In HealthRE: "why bother posting" - I asked him to write something about why he wasn't reviewing it, since he's covering the entire series, and I didn't want to leave an unexplained gap. |
