Doctor Who: The Seven Doctors for Children in Need?
Simon Brew
The seven living Doctors in one episode? Could it be?
There’s already been some speculation as to the nature of this year’s Doctor Who Children in Need special, with the suggestion being that the cast of the show would join forces with Torchwood for a special one-off short episode.
Well, it might be time to scrub that idea. Because according to The Mirror, there are now plans to unite the seven living actors who have played the Time Lord on the small screen. That’d be Tom Baker, Peter Davison, Colin Baker, Sylvester McCoy, Paul McGann, Christopher Eccleston and, of course, Mr Tennant.
It’s all a bit top secret, apparently, and there are no guarantees this will happen – after all, does anyone else have doubts that Eccleston would return to the show? But if it is going down, we’ll know soon enough, as Children In Need is scheduled for November the 14th this year.

Re: Doctor Who: The Seven Doctors for Children in Need?<3 Paul McGann
I think I could die happy if this happened. Although, the writing had better be good...
Characterisation will be most important if this ever does happen. They pulled off chemistry between two Doctors well enough, but pulling it off between 7?
Sheesh. |
