New pictures have been released by the publicity machine for Indiana Jones And The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull, featuring: a rather strict-looking Cate Blanchett manning a nasty looking machine gun; Harrison Ford in front of some rather grungey-looking hieroglyphics/graffiti; Ford, LaBeouf and Karen Allen having trouble in a swamp; Ford and LaBeouf shining a torch on a skeleton straight out of the ghost train in Ed Wood; Ford and LaBeouf doing a bit of shopping in a bazaar; and LaBeouf cutting a Marlon Brando dash on the back of his Harley.

So no explosions and not too much derring-do there, but at least we'll be ready for a surprise when Crystal Skull opens on the 22nd of May. Certain other campaigns of the last six months have drip-fed us enough of their films to enable us to reassemble the original from trailers...
