Den of Geek wishlist: a TARDIS suitcase
Sarah Dobbs
Some ideas are just too good to be ignored. A suitcase that looks like the TARDIS - that's genius, surely?
I'm actually amazing at travelling light. I can easily go on holiday abroad carrying just a backpack; before all the new airport regulations kicked in, I could manage with just my hand luggage for a week. Actually, when I was checking in for a flight in Vancouver, the woman on the desk openly laughed at me because I wasn't carrying enough stuff. (... I don't get that, either.) But I'm a freak of nature, and most people probably wish there was more room in their suitcase. That their suitcase was actually bigger inside than it looked from the outside. Like, I don't know, maybe like THE TARDIS.
And some enterprising soul has created a TARDIS suitcase. It looks awesome - practical, with its wheels and its extendable handle, but also undeniably awesome. It looks really, really good. And while I suspect that it doesn't actually, y'know, transcend space and time or anything (and you probably wouldn't want all your clean pants ending up in another dimension anyway), I still... kinda... covet this.
