New stuff on the way from Marvel

Marvel has just released a list of comic-based things that are in the pipeline - games, movies, live shows, and... musicals?

Is it me, or is this a bit exciting? Marvel has revealed its upcoming slate - here's what we've got to look forward to:

Movies:
Iron Man - May 2, 2008 release
The Incredible Hulk - June 13, 2008 release 
Wolverine - Gavin Hood confirmed as director
Punisher 2 - Lexi Alexander confirmed as director, Ray Stevenson confirmed as the lead
Ant-Man - written by Edgar Wright and Joe Cornish, set to be directed by Edgar Wright
Captain America - David Self engaged to write
Nick Fury - Andrew Marlowe to write
Thor - Mark Protosevich to write
The Avengers - Zak Penn to write (great name!)

Straight-to-DVD animated movies: 
Doctor Strange - August 14, 2007 release
Teen Avengers - aiming for a July 2008 release
Hulk Smash - aiming for an October 2008 release

Animated TV projects (or "cartoons", if you will):
Spider-Man - in development
Wolverine and the X-Men - 26, half hour episodes in development
Iron Man - 26 half hour episodes in development

Live Stage Projects:
Spider-Man the Musical - Julie Taymor will direct, and music and lyrics will be written by (cringe!) U2's Bono and The Edge

Games:
Iron Man - due 2008
The Incredible Hulk - also due 2008 (both movie tie-ins, then).

... is anyone else a bit bizarrely excited at the prospect of Ant-Man now?
